Reason 1:

The surface of the coated workpiece is excessively smooth, without surface treatment or incomplete treatment before painting, resulting in residual moisture, oil stains, oxide skin, etc. on the surface.

Prevention method: Smooth surfaces should be polished to a flat surface with sandpaper, and moisture, oil stains, oxide skin, etc. should be thoroughly removed.

Reason 2:

Improper selection of primer can cause paint detachment. If the paint film is too hard, making it difficult for the topcoat to adhere or the primer has too much gloss, etc.

Prevention method: Select intermediate or topcoat products that match the primer.

Reason three:

The paint film is too thick or the interlayer of the paint film is not dry enough, and it encounters moisture, etc.

Prevention method: In chemical smoke or outdoor environments, use quick drying coatings to shorten the coating time; Avoid working in damp environments or using moisture curing coatings.

Reason 4:

The baking time is too high in temperature or too long.

Prevention method: Strictly operate according to the required temperature and time, and control according to the process regulations.
